Well here begins the journey of my cake decorating extravaganza! My friend Lorisa came for the day & was my ever present & handy assistant (or director if we're being honest). I made vanilla buttermilk pound cakes, since they are sturdier than a traditional boxed cake mix (plus they taste YUMMY)
