DATE NIGHT!!

We have some AWESOME friends

 (thank you Lorisa & Terry) who kept all 3 of our children over night. 

What were we to do? 

This doesn't happen alot, but we had the perfect night.

We went out for dinner & drinks at the grandview, then went & rented some redbox movies.

Came home & put on our comphy clothes, cranked up the volume on the TV & snuggled while we watched our NON animated, NO cartoon charachter movies!

It was perfect!

I love this man!

Christmas Programs

Getting ready for church & of course had to get a pic of these 3 cuties together.

 One with Papa & Grammie!

 And one of our family!

 Prestyn & Sidney got to play some instruments with their preschool class for the church Christmas program.  They did a good job, well kind of.  Sidney sat & played her bells.  Prestyn was embarassed so he laid on his back & kicked his feet in the air.  LOL

Someday......Prestyn will thank me for this!!

 Cayden was a cow in the church program & sang so nicely.

 Then we went to Cayden's Kindergarten Christmas program.  Papa & Grammie stayed & came with us & Auntie Heather came to watch too!

 The whole crew.  2 classes.

Cayden did a great job saying his part too!  It was so fun to watch all the kids say their lines & sing.  What a difference 1 year makes!!

Had to share a video of Sidney jabbering!  She is constantly talking about something.

Prestyn is my OCD child when it come to his cars! 

 He got a packages of 50 of them for Christmas & he's been hoarding them. 

He carried them all around in a red Lego box.

If he isn't playing with them, and he hears them move, he is RIGHT there, taking them away.

This child is ALWAYS lining them up!

I was getting ready for the day & Prestyn wanted to play the matching game.

I told him to get it ready & as soon as I was done we would play.

While I was getting ready I heard him singing, so I snuck out & grabbed my camera & captured this adorableness!  Melt my heart!

Fun Thanksgiving

We've had such a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Surrounded by the people we love!!  Hope yours was great too & you have loads to be thankful for.

Tea Party

We had a mini-tea party today! 

 The boys found the toy tea-pot & teacups, so we decided to make it fun.

We made peanut butter & jelly sandwiches.
The boys had a car, square, star & circle.



Sidney had butterflies & flowers.

The cheese they boys got a cow, a pig & a bunny.

 They were so excited to eat their lunch today & loved drinking out of the silly teacups!

This year we had:

Cayden = Optimus Prime

Sidney = ladybug

Prestyn = Superman

 Sidney had so much fun, and by the end of the night was saying trick or treat - in her language.

She'd go up & say it, then say "me...more...pease" 

LOL ~ everyone loved her!

 Prestyn was a total stud, trucking on up to the houses after Cayden.

Happy Halloween!

Grandma Meme - a VERY special lady!

We went on a trip to Glasgow to visit Great Grandma Meme.

Of course, when we got there & got the kids out of the truck, Sidney had poo'd through her pants.

So Papa set off to get her some new ones (what a great papa)

Meanwhile, we went in to visit great grandma & Sidney got her 1st ride on G-ma's walker.

She thot it was cool

 We had to do the normal photo shoot of the kids with Grandma Meme.

This was the best one! 

didn't papa do a good job picking out Sid's outfit? SOOO CUTE!

 Little Prestoni kept trying to sneek away.

 Then of course I wanted a picture of Grandma & me.

She's such a very special lady & is soo very dear to my heart.

It makes my heart happy to see her & talk to her.

But it also makes me sad, she is slowing down so very much.

But she's still got her spunk, and attitude, which I love.

 Then one of 4 generations (the boys were NOT wanting more pictures at this point)

We ended up having a wonderful visit with Grandma Meme. 

As ususal, it was entirely too short, but we loved getting to see her.

When we were leaving I stayed behind to help Grandma get up to her walker to get back to her room, which took a LONG time.

She was frustrated, and said "HOW did I get this old?" 

Just breaks my heart.

I know she wants to go be with Jesus, it just isn't her time yet.

So I'm taking every moment that I have with her & savoring it!

She's one VERY special lady!

PUMPKINS

We had fun carving pumpkins again this year.

Last year Cayden would NOT pull out the seeds. 

This year - he was pretty psyched up for it.

 We decided to skip the knives & just let the kids draw on their pumpkins this year.

Cayden thought that was a grand idea.

 Sidney had a little assistance.

 We had fun (can you tell by P's expression?)

Fun this Fall!

We had some fun this afternoon playing in the leaves.

The boys had a ball running & jumping in.

We had to keep making it bigger for the to jump into.

 They LOVED IT.

 Then Miss Sidney woke up & joined us in the fun!

 She thought the leaves were great, she especially loved throwing them at everyone.

 Cayden loved throwing them at everyone else, but not getting them thrown at him.

 Prestyn loved it all, except for getting his picture taken, I was lucky to grab this one.

Then even more fun ensued when all 3 little rugrats started throwing the leaves at me.

They thought it was great as I just sat there & let them throw them all over me!

Cayden wanted a picture of me covered in leaves & look what he captured. 

SO FUNNY!

Dad was busy mowing the front lawn while we were all playing, then when he came to do the back he had a helper.  When he would put Sidney down she's run back & scream "DAAADDDEEEE"

 He's pure smoosh!
