Halloween 2010

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

This year we had a fireman, a fairy princess and a monkey!

The kids had an absolute ball & got WAY too much candy.
When we went to the houses & the people would open the door & hold their bowl of candy, Cayden would say "trick - or -treat" and Prestyn would say "I WANT SOME"
I love these kids!!

Family pictures!

We had our family pictures taken with Jasmine from Jasmine Sargent Photography again!

She did such a wonderful job & we had a beautiful evening for it.

Oh how they sleep.

Miss Sidney was sooo tired last night, but it wasn't bedtime yet, so I laid her on the boppy.

She was content to snooze there.

She looked so cute!

Look how big she's getting.
Later after everyone had gone to bed I went to check on the boys before I went to bed.
Prestyn has figured out how to open doors now so needless to say there is lots of "getting back into bed" going on.

When I went to check on them, Prestyn wasn't in his bed, so I went to check on Cayden and there was Prestyn, laying on the floor at the foot of the bed ASLEEP.

FIELD TRIP!

Cayden had his very FIRST field trip last week!!

We had our friends ride along & he & Greyson were such goofballs.

They sat in the back seat saying "Guess what?"

"Chicken butt" and then the giggling ensued!

Love these silly kids.

We went to the local nursery & learned about how they grow plants.

Of course the kids all got cookies & drinks.

Then they went into the greenhouse & saw a special cactus plant.

These 2 were glued to each other - so funny!

Then they got to pick out a gourd & a aloe plant to take home with them!!

And a pumpkin all their own - Cayden was very quick to claim his!

It was so fun to see his first field trip!

Can't believe how big our little man is getting!!

a trip to the dentist!

Cayden got to take his 2nd trip to the dentist.

We took him last year & he rode in the chair & counted his teeth.

THIS year, he got x-rays, a cleaning & flouride.

He did AWESOME!

Completely at ease!

ALL DONE!

Chance's football

We took a trip to Bizzo to watch Chance's football game.

It was a little cool out, so absoluetly perfect for football.

Sidney conked out shortly after getting there (guess we know how she feels about football)

Justyn & Cayden were busy watching (even though Chance wasn't playing at this point)

Prestyn was distracted & had fun playing with Uncle Ryan.



We FINALLY got to watch Chance play! He was the center & did an awesome job!

It was fun to watch him play!

Way to go Chance!!

MOPS hayride!

We went out for the MOPS family hayride!

It was a HOT October day - but we had so much fun!

Cayden even got to "ride" one of the horses!

Sidney enjoyed the hayride & was watching all the action!

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

Just soak'n up the sun

We've had a beautiful past couple of days.

So we pulled Sidney's jumperoo outside so she could enjoy the fresh air too!

She LOVED it!

We got bored

Daddy was absorbed with football, Prestyn was sleeping, Sidney was a little fussy, Cayden was bored, so we entertained ourselves.

Someday they'll look at these pictures and laugh.

hopefully a good laugh, not a "my mom was CRAZY" laugh.
