This whole story goes WAY back.....back about 3-4 years ago when our brother in law Ryan started working for Hunt Construction! He got this great job & every time we'd all be home he's show up with t-shirts & hats & things for ALL the guys. Quite a few times....what did the girls get? NOTHING.
So we asked if we could have Hunt Construction sweatshirts so we could promote his business & stay toasty warm.
We asked.....
and asked....
maybe even begged......
to no avail!
WE STILL DON'T HAVE SWEATSHIRTS!!!
Darn that Ryan.
So we took matters into our own hands.
It worked out perfectly too as our other gal Anna was home to help in the demise of Ryan.
This is what we started with & after much planning & talking.....
and hard work by this pretty lady....
precision penmanship by this beautiful gal.....
We came up with T-shirts that said this......
awe, the sweet smell of revenge.
We were so proud of ourselves. We even decorated headbands & pop coozies.
Well, Turtle Lake weekend rolled around & all the boys went out fishing we waited for the call that they were headed home & got on all our gear.
Yes, even the littlest of ladies were sporting their KLATT girls construction gear.
They can't be left out either.
Karly & Sidney ROCKED their gear.
Pictures with the little ladies
Then he came home....picked up Sidney, picked up Karly & didn't say a word.
So I walked up to him & he FINALLY read the shirts.
Then he laughed...he laughed & said he thought the shirts were for the reunion.
bwhahaha.
Then we proceede to hand out our business cards & pop coozies.
Here are all of us girls with our KLATT girls construction t-shirts.
I think he now knows the serious effects of denying us our sweatshirts.
Maybe now we will actually get some & we won't freeze all winter long.
