girls/boys weekend

The Klatt girls & the kids met at Nana & Papas last weekend while the brothers all met in Bismarck for their brothers weekend.

Sidney LOVED Karly. Karly was a little under the weather, but was such a sweetie. Of course I had to take a buttload of pictures of them together. Sidney is 1 year & Karly is 9 months.

The weekend pretty much consisted of telling Sidney "no, leave Karly's paci alone" "quit hugging her" "be nice" etc & Karly crying "MAAAMMAAAA" every time Sidney approached. Sidney loved her so much, she just wasn't terribly gentle in expressing it.

They still managed to enjoy each other. I think the next time they get together they'll have even more fun.

Meanwhile the boys decided it was time for a water fight. Cayden & Beau was planning here, talking a big game I'm sure, judging by Cayden's pose.

Once Kole came, C-man punked out & ran away.

So did Beau.

Only to turn around & seek his revenge.

Meanwhile, Prestyn lounged comfortably in the pool.

Sidney joined him & splashed around.

She LOVES the water.

Karly hopped in shortly after Sidster got out.

Then on Sunday we all met up in Bismarck for brunch before the MN & WI clan had to hit the road. YES, We have to put up with THIS when we take pictures. And RYAN, this is public so anyone can see it....do you LOVE it??

Alex is 4!

We went to Alexanders 4th birthday party!  It was an "angry birds" theme. 

 Steph has THIS cake made by a friend...so cute!!

Lorisa & I (aka Sugar Mamas) made this Angry bird cookie bouquet for his party.

They doubled as party favors for the kids.

Our baby girl turned ONE today!
How can it possibly be?
It seems like only yesterday we were holding her newbornness!!

We had a cupcake,candy & cookie buffet for her party today!
It was fun to do a PINK party & get everyone together!

NOT FUNNY!

I'm NOT FUNNY.
I brought this home from the rummage sale last weekend.
I thought it'd be useful considering all the water we've had lately.
But I guess it wasn't as funny as I thought.
darn.

Happy 5th Birthday Cayden!

THIS BOY....he changed our lives forever on May 2nd, 2006.

Awe...the sweet bliss of new parenthood.
When I sit & think about Cayden's fresh new body, snuggled up on me those first moments, I can just cry.
I thank God for this little miracle He gave us.

Here we are 5 years later....a preschool graduate, t-ball playing, friend loving, transfomer obsessed, caring, loving & sensitive little man.
YES, this mask he got for his birthday.
HE LOVES it.
He even got to wear it to Bismarck today.

For his birthday we took a trip to Bismarck and took him to Space Aliens for lunch! He LOVED it. He told me, "I love this mom! And my slushy is sooo good" :)
After lunch we took them to the zoo.
They again thought it was so much fun.
For one of his birthday presents we got him a Optimus Prime mask from transfomers.

Well this mask.....I guess it needed to come along today. It was his birthday, how could I say no. (it did NOT come into the stores, just the van & the zoo)

I think this little guy wanted to throw down!!

Preschool Graduation 2011

Here is our 2011 Preschool Graduate! The program said they will be the class of 2024....wow, it's hard to believe.

He was so excited. He told me "mom, take alot of pictures of me like everyone else is doing" I think I have close to 100 pictures/videos from today! I'm so proud of our little man.

He was cheesed when he walked in!

Prestyn missed his nap & fell asleep on Nana & Beau mid-way through.

The Sidster was having fun flirting with her buddy Brady!

Cayden did such a wonderful job during the program.
We are so proud of his growth this past year.
He's really looking forward to kindergarten in the fall.
I think he'll do great.

Talk about looking forward 13 years, they handed out "diplomas" and everything. So cute!!
